PENN'S LANDING DEVELOPMENT
Like many cities, Philadelphia is moving to undo the damage caused by the placement of interstate highways in its midst. In Philly’s case, large swaths of the riverfront were cut off from the rest of the city by the highway. The Penn’s Landing project will cover four acres of the highway to create a new riverfront residential area that will include retail, restaurants, entertainment and a new park.
Project Size: 3.5 Million Square Feet
Project Cost: 2.2 Billion USD
The Agenda will clarify project status and scope, community benefits as well as early access to economic opportunities and corridor transportation impact.
Boardroom Live is the source of comprehensive information on projects impacting strategic corridors. Our audience is desirous of up to date intelligence beyond procurement opportunities. Boardroom Live is designed for companies seeking to understand the impact of the projects and empowered growth.
The Boardroom Live was created by #1equitysource, the Equitable Infrastructure Group, delivering expertly curated and clear discussion on national mega development, capital projects, infrastructure and equity. Development teams and stakeholders contribute.
